Hey guys! You asked for it – we delivered! Another FULL 21 Day Fix Meal Plan is heeeerrrrreeeee!!!! And just in time for this back to school madness. My kids (and I) were EXHAUSTED last week, and by Friday I was calling in for pizza. This week, though, I am ready?to? go?.
While Confessions meal plans typically only include dinners and breakfast- so my readers have the flexibility to choose lunches and snacks- this week I have a FULL and complete 21 Day Fix | Ultimate Portion Fix Meal plan to share with you! There are breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners here- PLUS a full grocery list and prep tips for your week!
Even more exciting? Because the included dinners are no yellow dinners, this time there is a 2B Mindset option included also! So, be sure you check out ALL the printables at the bottom of this post, including the meal plan at a glance and printable grocery list for each plan.
As you explore this post, things to note:
- This FULL meal plan has breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners
- Printables (scroll all the way down!) include a full grocery list, prep tips, and a 1 page meal plan for each calorie bracket
- If you don’t drink Shakeology there is an option for you to sub an alternative food
- There is a Treat Swap in the meal plan (plans B-F). If you need some ideas for tasty FIX approved treats, I included a few links below! Wine is a good choice, too!

How many people does this Ultimate Portion Fix meal plan feed?
Each of the plans was created for 1 person, with the dinners feeding 4-6 (check each recipe for number of servings). If you are not cooking dinner for a family, feel free to freeze the extra meals (I love the large Souper Cubes for this!) and save for another time. This will allow you to follow the meal plan multiple times without having to do all the prep! Amazing!
What if my husband or roommate wants to follow this plan too? How do we use the printable grocery list?
First, yay! It’s so helpful to follow the portion fix or 2B Mindset with a partner!
Second, I would suggest printing the grocery list for the person in the higher plan first. Then, look at the lower plan and add in the items needed in that plan for breakfast, lunch, and snacks- the dinners are all identical and should account for multiple people eating them. On higher plans (especially E and F) make sure to check if 2 servings of dinner are allotted for a meal and if you will have enough to serve everyone!

First, there are so many resources here, thank you! I’m starting 21 DF/UPF again after a few years off it, and there is so much that is new.
Question though – we have 3 ppl in our house on it. Right now, we are using the Vol 7 menu. For Plan C lunch (and beyond) it says 1/2 turkey sandwich, + meat roll ups. I’m not clear what can go on the turkey sandwich and can’t seem to find a reference to it. ALSO, the “+” confuses me because I see that you referenced a source for a meat roll up for someone else, but it contains 1 slice of meat and one slice of bread?
Are you able to clarify for me?

Hi! Yay for starting out again and I’m so glad you found the site!
Ok so for clarity on the lunch- besides the pasta salad topped with protein, you are allotted 1 slice of bread, 1 tsp of mayo (can sub or omit if not a mayo fan), and 6 slices of deli meat. You are welcome to use all 6 slices of meat on a 1/2 sandwich, or even make an open face sandwich. Or you can use as many slices as you prefer on the bread, and then eat the rest rolled up by themselves. It’s all up to your preference!
Sorry that the response to another reader had you confused – They asked about what type of bread to use AND what a roll up is… so that’s why both bread and meat were referenced.

What bread for half sandwich? What is a meat roll up and how many can you eat of them?

A meat roll up is simply rolled up deli meat. Nitrate and nitrite free ham or turkey is FIX approved and 6 slices = 1 red. 1 slice whole grain bread = 1 yellow. Ezekial or Dave’s Killer Bread brands are good options.
