Another Full Ultimate Portion Fix Meal Plan.
These can be tricky, but I love you guys so much I had to do another one! And this time I used some of my favorite Instant Pot recipes too!
I know some of you struggle with how to create a meal plan for yourself so I’ll walk you through the basic steps I follow.
- Start with dinners and figure out which containers will be used each night.
- Fill in lunch. Decide if you will make one thing to eat everyday, or if leftovers are your thing, do that! I typically do a mix of leftovers and a batch of something yummy! On this plan it was 21 Day Fix Italian Wedding Soup.
- Work backwards to breakfast. Make ahead options like Gluten Free Make Ahead Freezer Waffles, 21 Day Fix Baked Oatmeal Jars, or this week’s 21 Day Fix Mason Jar Egg Casseroles are amazing! Mason Jars make grab-and-go so easy!
- Figure out which containers are left, and fill in your snacks!
It’s not always easy, but I definitely feel better when I have a plan in place. Give it a try next week. For now, you have this 5 day meal plan to use. I hope you like it!

How many people does this Ultimate Portion Fix meal plan feed?
Each of the plans was created for 1 person, with the dinners feeding 4-6 (check each recipe for number of servings). If you are not cooking dinner for a family, feel free to freeze the extra meals (I love the large Souper Cubes for this!) and save for another time. This will allow you to follow the meal plan multiple times without having to do all the prep! Amazing!
What if my husband or roommate wants to follow this plan too? How do we use the printable grocery list?
First, yay! It’s so helpful to follow the portion fix or 2B Mindset with a partner!
Second, I would suggest printing the grocery list for the person in the higher plan first. Then, look at the lower plan and add in the items needed in that plan for breakfast, lunch, and snacks- the dinners are all identical and should account for multiple people eating them. On higher plans (especially E and F) make sure to check if 2 servings of dinner are allotted for a meal and if you will have enough to serve everyone!

I noticed that the meal plans for bracket A ; have 4 greens. I did 21 day fix several years ago and all my notes say 3 greens, even the calculators I do. Does the one green make a difference?

Hi Amy! A few years ago Beachbody revamped the program and made some small changes to Bracket A – they added a GREEN and a TSP. Feel free to either do what you did years ago or follow the new guidelines – but I’m all for more food! lol!

I have to tell you how often I go to your blog when I’m meal planning over the past few years. There are many meals our family has tried that we absolutely love – even my picky husband. 😉 This month I am going to try the 21 day fix eating plan for the first time for all of my meals (not just for supper) and I am super glad you’ve posted some full meal plans. What are ideal substitutes for meals using eggs or hard boiled egg snacks? My family and I are trying to follow those meal plans but 1 of us cannot eat egg casseroles or eggs by themselves. She’s getting to the point that she can eat SOME things with eggs but not when the ingredients are predominately egg.

Not sure how I missed that you are from Harleysville. PA. Or maybe I did know and forgot. I am from that area too and lived in Harleysville for a little while. I live in NJ now. Love your meal plans and recipes. One thing I did miss is where do I get the colored containers? I just downloaded your InstaPot bundles. I don’t have the InstaPot brand, but assume I can figure out the settings for my pressure cooker (Crock Pot) which is also a slow cooker, rice maker, etc. I have to admit that I am terrified of the pressure cooker so I am hoping your recipes will help assuage my fears that it will explode. I really need to learn to use this appliance in order to cut down my meal prep time so we eat out less and eat healthier. Thank you for all the great recipes.
